Course overview

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) has been written for learners wishing to become first aiders in their place of work and covers the vital skills necessary to provide prompt and effective first aid. The qualification meets the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) requirements for training first aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment. The qualification is valid for three years, after which learners will need to requalify.
