This Level 2 Refresher Course leads to the licence-linked refresher qualification required for Door Supervisors renewing their SIA licence. This course replaces the previous 'Top-Up' training requirement and is designed to refresh and update your safety-critical skills and knowledge to meet the latest SIA standards. Delivered at our accredited training centre in Brentwood, Essex, this essential training ensures you remain fully licensed and compliant with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) regulations. Please Note: Successfully completing the qualification does not automatically guarantee the issue or renewal of an SIA licence. SIA licence applications and renewals remain subject to the Security Industry Authority's eligibility and licensing requirements. Important: This is a refresher course and is only suitable for learners who already hold the required Level 2 Door Supervision qualification. Duration: 2 Days in classroom plus pre-course learning from home Timings: 09:00 – 18:00 Location: Close Protection Academy, Brentwood Assessment: E-assessments (multiple-choice questions) and practical skills assessments, with immediate results for e-assessments and re-assessment opportunities where permitted. Who Is This Course For? Door Supervisors who need to renew their SIA licence and are able to complete the required pre-course learning before attending the classroom-based training. On Successful Completion: Learners who successfully complete all required assessments will achieve the Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Refresher) and Highfield Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
